More than two decades.
One practical perspective.
Jason’s experience spans healthcare, life sciences, strategy, innovation, organizational transformation, and leadership. Senior pharmaceutical leadership and work across global, cross-functional organizations shape his understanding of what it takes to turn strategy into execution.
His doctoral study explored entrepreneurial leadership strategies used by healthcare business leaders and identified the six themes behind SCA’s framework. He translates those insights into practical advisory, leadership development, and organizational assessment.
