Context before conclusions.
We listen, examine the operating environment, and make assumptions visible before recommending a path forward.
About Synapse Catalyst Advisory
We help healthcare and life sciences leaders connect strategic ambition with the decisions, practices, and capabilities that move it forward.
Why SCA exists
A compelling strategy can stall when priorities compete, ownership is unclear, or teams lack the conditions to execute. Innovation and transformation depend on how the organization works as a whole.
Synapse Catalyst Advisory brings a connected perspective to strategy, governance, and performance. We help leaders examine where momentum breaks down, choose what matters, and translate those choices into practical action.
Our focus spans pharma and biotech, MedTech, life sciences, healthcare providers, and consumer healthcare—from growing companies navigating their next stage to established organizations tackling a focused transformation.
How we show up
Each engagement starts with your organization’s priorities, constraints, and capacity for change.
We listen, examine the operating environment, and make assumptions visible before recommending a path forward.
We consider how strategy, leadership, management, culture, and change affect one another—so a solution addresses more than an isolated symptom.
We translate insight into clear priorities, ownership, decision practices, and next steps that teams can put to work.
Meet the founder
